What does the company primarily do?

What is the lowest temperature of a Chiencheng ultra-low freezer?
-150 ℃ (DW-W58 ~ 600 series and -150 ℃ depth models, such as DW-150W258/DW-150W118).
What should I do after the sale?
Provide after-sales joint insurance service covering the whole country. Arrange a visit from the master within 24 hours in non-remote areas (24 hours is the failure response time); remote areas can be visited, and the time limit will be extended accordingly.
What are the specific products?

Can the multi-gear temperature zone be in stock?
Yes. The brand has -25/-45/-65/-86/-105/-135/-150 ℃ multi-gear standard temperature zone, 28-1000 liters multi-volume standard model, and a variety of vertical, horizontal, and vehicle-mounted structures can be directly selected.
How far can non-standard customization go?
The dimensions and specifications follow the existing model body, and accessories such as internal and external stainless steel, temperature recorders, cable test holes, and additional LCD screens can be ordered. The customized cycle is normal for no more than 15 working days, and the price is agreed according to the needs. The whole machine is not supported to reopen the mold, and the box body appearance/inner container volume/door body/compressor system is not changed. After customization, the whole machine maintains the original warranty.
How long is the official warranty?
The whole cryogenic cabinet machine is one year, and the compressor is three years (including on-site working hours); the whole cryogenic cabinet machine contains all parts in one year. Exceptions: Consumables, transportation damage, man-made damage, unstable voltage/harsh environmental failure, disassembly and alteration.
Is the equipment represented by the Class II medical device business filing certificate a medical device?
Not equal to. The record certificate is the business qualification of the enterprise (the company can sell second-class medical devices on behalf of the company). Whether the device itself is a medical device depends on whether there is a medical device registration certificate (product certificate). A registration certificate is required for the storage of medical samples in a -86 ℃ refrigerator; scientific research/industrial use is not a medical device, and a registration certificate is not required. In a word: business record = you can sell; product registration certificate = the product itself is a medical device.
-86 ℃ equipment room is very hot in summer, will you call the police frequently?
Excessive temperature in the machine room will cause insufficient heat dissipation of the condenser, surge in the load of the compressor unit, trigger a high temperature alarm, temperature drift, and stop the machine in severe cases. Solution: ① The machine room is equipped with air conditioning to control the temperature of 18 ~ 28 ℃ (recommended working environment); ② Regularly clean the condenser dust and reserve ≥ 30cm heat dissipation around it; ③ The Chien Cheng model has an enhanced design for heat dissipation in a high temperature environment, which can withstand 32 ℃ for a short time and should not be operated above 35 ℃ for a long time; ④ Optional remote alarm (SMS/app) early warning.
Can the device run continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
Yes. The -86 ℃ ultra-low temperature refrigerator is designed to be uninterrupted throughout the year for 7 × 24h (biological sample bank, scientific research laboratory, that is, long-term continuous opening of the airport). The equipment comes with wheel cycle start-stop protection, high and low temperature alarm, power failure alarm; provided that the machine room has good heat dissipation, regular maintenance (annual cleaning of condenser, inspection of door seals), and stable power supply; it is recommended that important samples be equipped with UPS to deal with power failure.
Does the device have access to LIMS? Communication protocol?
Yes. Standard RS485 interface, Modbus-RTU communication protocol (industry wide); optional custom Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus TCP. Can upload real-time box temperature, equipment operation status, alarm signal to the host computer/LIMS, support data collection and history; provide communication protocol documents and point table at the time of delivery.
What kind of information can be provided by the bidding project?
Product brochures, factory inspection reports, third-party type inspection reports (paid), qualification documents, technical parameter response sheets; electronic or paper stamped versions are acceptable. Specifications (including -150°C models) and case results can also be provided.
The advantages and disadvantages of the Stirling model vs. the cascading compressor model?
Cascading type (Chi En Cheng mainstream): mature technology, large market holdings, easy access to maintenance accessories, large volume cost advantages, continuous full load stability; disadvantages: complex dual-loop structure, high starting power consumption, and requirements for heat dissipation in the computer room. Stirling: The single-stage refrigeration structure is simple, fast to start, low standby power consumption, small heat dissipation, and small volume and space saving; Disadvantages: The cold head is a consumable part that has a fixed life and needs to be replaced (high maintenance cost), the large capacity cost is extremely high, and the stability of the full load for a long time is weaker than the overlap. Selection suggestion: Large-capacity long-term storage of precious samples is selected to be cascaded; Stirling can be considered for scenarios with small capacity, poor heat dissipation conditions, and low opening probability.
What is the difference between a liquid freezing sleeper and a liquid nitrogen quick freezer?
The Chiencheng liquid-cooling cryogenic freezer is a food freezing device (environmentally friendly refrigeration, no liquid nitrogen), suited to freezing and freshness preservation in food processing; liquid-nitrogen quick freezing requires a liquid-nitrogen supply and consumables. The equipment has low operating cost and no wearing consumables, and is safer and more reliable than liquid nitrogen.
How to choose a temperature recorder/remote monitoring?
Three types of U disk export, 485 communication, and cloud network remote monitoring are optional, with a price increase of about 800-1500 yuan (4G network fees are excluded); SMS/cloud platform remote alarm and remote monitoring are optional. Suitable for customers who have requirements for temperature traceability and sample safety (GSP/laboratory/bidding scenarios).
What are the requirements for the equipment use environment?
18 ~ 28 ℃ is recommended (air conditioning is recommended for the engine room), which can withstand 32 ℃ for a short time; humidity ≤ 80% RH; altitude ≤ 2000m; cooling space ≥ 30cm around; stable power supply (recommended UPS).
How long is the lead time?
Standard models are shipped 2-10 working days after arrival (most 3-5 working days); customized parts ≤ 15 working days; large projects can be negotiated and scheduled.
Can the exit be done?
Yes. We can provide formal invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations; support fob domestic ports and EXW factory delivery; export quality assurance is the same as domestic, overseas remote guidance, and cross-border replacement of accessories; multi-national voltage versions can be customized; own equipment can provide export brand authorization and declaration elements; parts CE can be provided (complete machine CE needs to be confirmed with customer service); agent brand export needs to consult customer service.
If the equipment is discontinued, will the accessories still be available?
Yes. Accessories will continue to be supplied for 2 years after the equipment is discontinued.
