Four steps: from requirement to maintenance

Equipment selection involves site, power supply, sample type and compliance requirements. We break the process down into four steps, each with clear inputs and deliverables.

1

Requirements

Confirm the storage object, target temperature zone, volume requirements, site size and power supply conditions, and clarify whether non-standard customization is required.
What you need to prepare:List of storage items, available site dimensions, doorway and elevator dimensions, power supply capacity.
Outputs at this stage:Preliminary temperature zone and volume recommendations.

2

Selection & configuration

In the corresponding temperature zone, match the model, and determine the configuration items such as compressor, liner, monitoring module, alarm method and recording function.
You need to confirm that:Configuration list, quantities and budget cycle.
Outputs at this stage:Model configuration list and quotation.

3

Delivery & installation

Deliver and complete the on-site positioning and startup debugging according to the agreed time, provide operation training and accompanying materials.
What you need to prepare:Device in place channel and power interface.
Outputs at this stage:Complete equipment and training records for commissioning.

4

Operation & support

Provide after-sales response and maintenance support; cold storage projects can be supported with remote temperature monitoring and over-temperature alarm services.
You need to specify:Day-to-day use of the person in charge and contact window.
Outputs at this stage:Maintenance records and response channels.

Differences in cold storage engineering processes

The cold storage project adds on-site survey and scheme design between the first two steps, and the layout of the warehouse body, unit selection, measuring point location and alarm threshold are determined together in the scheme. For details, seeMedical cold room。
