DW-150W Series Specifications

The DW-150W series sold at -150 ℃ covers 6 volume sections, and the number in the model is the nominal volume (liters). The following table indicates the data in the manufacturer's parameter table.

Standard working conditions: power supply 380V/50Hz, ambient temperature ≤ 25 ℃, no-load test. The cooling time is the marked value of the manufacturer when the empty box drops to the target temperature zone. The actual loading depends on the heat load of the goods.

What it means to not use liquid nitrogen

The -150 ℃ temperature zone used to rely on liquid nitrogen or other low-temperature media to achieve, requiring continuous procurement and replenishment of consumables, and supporting corresponding storage and operation management. The mechanical refrigeration route directly obtains cryogenic cooling through the compression refrigeration system, and the operation process no longer depends on the supply of low-temperature medium.

For laboratories and industrial sites that require long-term continuous operation, this reduces the variable of the consumable supply chain.

Selection points

The key to the selection of cryogenic models lies in three points: the target temperature that actually needs to be maintained, the time required to cool down to the target temperature, and the effective volume at that temperature. These three items are directly related to the compressor configuration and insulation structure, and need to be confirmed item by item according to the process conditions.
