Dirty coffee maker stands are available in four capacity sizes based on the number of cups served in a store; for limited bar space, a horizontal built-in version is available. The following parameters are from the manufacturer's product documentation.
| Model | Volume | Outer dimensions (mm) | POWER | Holds 200ml glass |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vertical 28L | 28 Liters | 470×490×1120 | 400W | About 20 ~ 30 |
| Vertical 58L (DW-86L58H) | 58 Litres | 600×665×1150 | 450W | Approximately 60-70 |
| Vertical 108L | 108 Litres | 700×730×1260 | 480W | Approximately 120-140 |
| Vertical 158L | 158 litres | 700×700×1580 | 500W | About 180 ~ 200 |
| Model | Form | Temperature zone | Outer dimensions (mm) | Capacity |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Horizontal Bar 58L | Horizontal, embedded under the bar | -86℃ | 900×660×735 | Approximately 60-70 200ml glasses |
| W Series 120L | Horizontal Top Door Opening | -60 ~ -86 ℃ adjustable | 810×765×885 | Approximately 65-70 500ml beer glasses |
| W Series 220L | Horizontal Top Door Opening | -60 ~ -86 ℃ adjustable | 1160×765×885 | Approximately 110-120 500ml beer glasses |
Refrigeration configuration (marked by the manufacturer): single-machine self-overlapping refrigeration, fluorine-free mixed refrigerant, electronic temperature control; the daily power consumption of the horizontal W series is about 5.1 ~ 5.9 kW · h/24h, which is actually based on the installation environment and door opening frequency. The W series is for 500ml cup scenarios such as craft brewing and beer drawing.
Why do ice cups need -86°C?
The temperature zone of a common commercial freezer is usually in the range of -18°C to -25°C. After the cup is taken out at such a temperature, the temperature returns quickly, the cup wall hanging cream is uneven, the temperature difference when the hot concentrate contacts the cup wall is insufficient, and the level and taste of the product will be significantly discounted.
The -86°C cryogenic temperature allows the cup to remain at a very low temperature when taken out, creating a sufficiently large temperature difference with the hot concentrate, making the production level more stable and reducing the waiting time for pre-cooling.
equipment characteristics
- -40 ~ -86 ℃ wide temperature zone, can be adjusted according to production demand
- 58-liter volume, suitable for embedding and placing under the bar table
- Side door opening structure, smoother cup taking line at the bar
- For continuous-use conditions in freshly prepared beverage service
Who
- Dirty's boutique coffee shop
- Beverage chains that need ultra-cold cups
- Stores with limited bar space and embedded installations
- Stores with high production consistency requirements
Selection points
Store selection comes down to three things: cup turnover during peak hours (determines capacity), the reserved counter space dimensions (determines installation method), and the required serving temperature (determines the temperature-zone setting).
In-store cup-freezing solution
First explain the turnover and the size of the bar before deciding on the model.
